AI titles & summaries

After you save, AI writes the title, tags, and a short summary in the background (account). Open the card to read the full digest — Free or PRO quotas apply.

Save by email

Forward to your CatchTex inbox — the message becomes a searchable card. Or connect Gmail so new mail is saved automatically.

Ask Tex about what you saved

Chat with Tex — answers stream in, search mixes keywords and meaning, cards are cited. Tex remembers preferences you mention; new cards or reminders only after you confirm. Account required (Free or PRO).

Full-text plus meaning-based search — finds cards even when you phrase it differently. Filter with #tags as cards or a list.

Filter by Clearing

Filters: #wissen, #interessant, #projekt, #tools — arrow opens subcategories from Clearing — plus due and important. Bookmark / warning triangle mark important and very important. #hidden toggles parked cards; search and AI still see everything.

Reminders & due dates

Set a reminder on any card — voice or text while saving works too. #due lists every scheduled item plus open checkboxes; Due & important shows the next 10 days, highlights, and open checkboxes.

Clearing

Plus → Clearing walks you through open cards one by one: desk roles, schedule, done, or delete permanently — so the feed stays calm.
